I am a licensed therapist who focuses on promoting a healthy mind and body. I firmly believe we must work on what’s going on internally to have life long healthy results. I offer online coaching to clients across the globe. If you are in the Indianapolis, IN area, we can meet in person.
My philosophy is to guide clients through the process of losing weight with no BS or gimmicks. I don’t offer any guarantees to how many pounds you will lose because this process is about helping the whole person. You may find yourself making mind gains as well as fitness gains! I strive to help clients understand their nutritional, psychological and fitness needs. I want you to be successful and be the healthiest version of you.

My approach to weight loss includes absolutely no limitations with food. I believe eliminations and restrictions set people up for failure. Instead, I strive to help you to learn how to have a healthy, sustainable relationship with food, exercise and your body.
